The Outstanding Achievement Award is presented to recognise outstanding dedication to officiating community football shown by the Riddell Umpires Association’s members from any discipline, 

either through personal achievement and/or personal commitment.  The award also recognises a member’s commitment to our core values of Respect, Integrity, Teamwork and Excellence.
