Riddell Umpires Selected For AFL Country V-Line Academy

The Riddell Umpires would like to congratulate Nick Luke (field), Kyle Fisher (Boundary) and Ben Scott (Goal) who have been nominated to be a part of the AFL Country V-Line Academy.

The umpires from this academy will officiate the AFL Victoria Worksafe Country Championships which will be held over the weekend of May 24-25.

The academy started in 2013, the year that the RDFL was accepted to join the Country Championships. The RDFL had not been involved prior to 2013 as the RDFL is classified as a metro league. It is great news for the Riddell Umpires now that our umpiring group has been accepted into the academy.

We wish Nick, Kyle and Ben all the best and we are sure that they will do our umpiring group proud.
